Workshops and retreats are custom-tailored for each group, staff, or organization. Agendas and activities are developed using articulated goals and targeted stakeholder input. Each event is intentionally designed to maximize discussion, information sharing, and learning while producing relevant, actionable outcomes. Workshops or retreats can range from several hours to several days.

No two retreats or workshops are the same. Many retreats are developed around specific organizational initiatives while also including topics such as:
